All Areva are interested in is getting priority supply of yellowcake & they were prepared to buy SMM shares @ $6.20 now & $7.20 in 2-6 months time.
The upside of this is that the market should now realise that Areva's placement offer of $7.20 effectively values PDN @ min $12.024 (based on the 1.67:1 conversion ratio) or up to $14.688 based on the 2.04:1 PDN offer current at the time Areva bought the first tranche of SMM.
Areva & PDN will come to an agreement where Areva take a similar % of PDN as they were after in SMM at between $12 & $14.50
