Excluding franking, each TLS share pays 31 cents per annum.
So, 500 shares will pay you about $155 cash per annum. It's 2017 now.
Brokerage on 500 shares is usually around $20.00. And good news Marco, you don't need to pay brokerage each year, you just pay it when you buy and sell shares.
I still don't understand your point here Marco.
