I have stated many a time that the Vascucel product will be significant as you have 3000 vascular surgeons in the USA who might use it if its superior. Paediatric cardiac operations take place in isolated hospitals. The other adult valve , aortic arch and carotid work takes place in big public and private hospital which can be serviced by reps in a day or two if properly arranged. In the USA this will only entail one flight and one or two nights in a motel and no drinks.
We should outsource the vaccine business ASAP.Take a $100m down payment and have future payments as blue sky.
Regarding the Pump Business what is the ROE for this area? Should we get one or two more contracts under our belt and then flog the business and support more ADAPT products which might be better on a ROE basis?
