does this make sense really?
if the options are at a higher exercise price then the company will get more cash
for example if the exercise price is $1 they will get about $21m
if the exercise price is $1.50 they will get about $31.5M
they will do better to push the share price as high as possible on the 9 May or for the 5 trading days before that
isn't it?
