Why? That's a 7 year mine life producing 100koz.
You need that production profile to get investment and have a AISC below $1,000 for an UG (see DRM's failure). The deposit is skinny so expect the resource grade to to be diltuted (maybe to 9 g/t?).
Not sure the nature of the deposit will allow you to mine it that intensively but good goal posts none the less IMO. Plus a good growth story. You just need to find 3 parallel lodes of similar characteristics as lode A.
