    Correct they would want as low a price as possible to convert at. But nothing stops another buyer bidding for the CNs shares at 2.1. Perhaps this buyers large bid serves two purposes. He wants to ensure the CN holder cannot convert at a lower price AND wants to pick up any shares the CN holder may want to dump at 2.1 - if any
