My point is it can be any time from today.

My interpretation of the fact that a 2nd mediation has been removed/cancelled implies that there is no need for mediation any more and there are now 2 pathways: either MZN take the settlement offer or will see KDR in court on 29th May.  I suspect KDR management is sick and tired of this process and has given MZN an ultimatum "take the offer within 5 business days or will see you in court".  The consequence of not taking the offer on MZN part could be the zero settlement, lose the case at court, lose face, lose credibility, pay the legal fees, seeing its share price smashed to near zero and thus its certain death from running out of funds, facing a potential counter legal suit from KDR seeking some damages, class action from its shareholders, potential actions from ASIC of continuous disclosure duty,....

Time is running out fast for MZN directors.  The pressure is on MZN, not KDR.

I stay with my guess of an imminent settlement deal within days.  We will see.
