I don't know, but honestly it's really not a great concern to me, who knows what's going on behind closed doors, at the end of the day we'll be judged on cash flow and not the name of our customers, so as long as we have numerous interested parties, which we clearly do, it matters not who is buying our product.
Once we're pumping out consistent 63-65%Fe at nameplate(hopefully in 2-3 weeks) then I'd imagine buyers will start to get serious about negotiating more/larger PO's knowing that we'll be doubling our output in a few months.
For now, today's ann is exactly what we need, cash flowing, no more mucking around
