That's false information...absolute rubblish.

- 25m shares on issue at 28 cents = $3.9 mil EV (current)
- 35m shares on issue (following resource upgrade of inferred resource above 30m tonnes @0.8% Va) at 28 cents = 6.7 mil EV........AVL inferred resource: 66.7Mt at 0.83% grade
- 45 mil shares on issue (following resource upgrade of indicated resource above 10m tonnes @0.8%Va) =
9.5m EV.....AVL indicated resource: 17.8Mt at 0.68% grade

- AVL resource included 233 RC and 17 Diamond Core holes for 20,086 metres over a 12 kilometre strike length. Of these holes 19,431 metres were used in the grade estimate.
- TMT have drilled 36 RC holes.

Bottom line:
- TMT unlikely to report a tremendous resource. It could exceed 30mt inferred. But this is a big if. AVL have drilled 8.91 times more RC holes.
- TMT indicated resource unlikely until end of the year, IMO. More drilling is required, with analysis.
- TMT should have similar grades to AVL.
- TMT likely to acquire another project or a battery selling division.
- TMT priced as a shell.

You are also accounting for the options, incorrectly. You are assuming they will be excerpted tomorrow. Plus AVL has hundreds of millions of options and performance rights which you failed to account for.
