These are significant markets for the meat industry and third party certification is instrumental in providing exporters access to these markets.[2]

What is it that I guess, you Australians dont want too understand about the above 2 paragraphs.

So what you are saying is that, without "extortion " being paid ALL exporters, Mohammedans would not consume meat, and other foods?
