What money were they to use for a share buyback when they haven't even paid off the debt and still have to fund CD?

A dividend? A DIVIDEND?????

AGO will be lucky to survive this down turn if IO prices go lower and lasts for any significant length of time. And yet you reckon they should be doing buybacks and paying dividends?

There is a reason why it's trading at 1.4c a share and it's certainly not because they have spare cash to be doing buybacks and LOL paying dividends.
