It may have something to do with the fact their securities were in suspension for more than 5 days in the past 12 months. Not entirely sure. Regardless, offer 1000 shares @ $0.01 to raise a nominal amount of $10. Points to note:
1. Been on the go with this for at least 3 months;
2. Cost to lodge is $12,000;
3. Purpose of offer is to remove trading restrictions on securities issued "prior" to date of prospectus; and
4. Effect of offer will be an increase in cash by $10 and SOI will increase by 1000.

$12k in costs........must be important for someone!!
