It may happen, but i wouldn't count on big contracts imminently. As per the webinar, while they're in discussions with many top tier companies, it will take some time before they dump their current suppliers in favour of DTZ, regardless of their superior product.
The art of selling an ipo is to make it seem like many exciting things about to happen, but in reality it may take a fair while to hit important milestones. I think that applies here.
