Not sure history suggests this at all. The last time OBJ announced a new licensed technology (their first with the now famous P&G announcement) OBJ went straight from under 4cents to 10c and subsequently hit a high of 13c+. It's never seen sub 4cents again.
Not saying it will necessarily react like that again but your summarising of historical events is incorrect imo.
