Its a good deal for anyone who intends to sell his shares
on the market to morrow at 17c

but his risk is that on 1million shares if they go to 30cents after the announcement i can buy his shares at 17 cents he misses out on around$120,000 profit he could have made

But to be honest I wouldn't do the deal with anyone unless they could provide evidence they had consulted a financial adviser or accountant
I would hate allright to go into this deal before he had realy thought it through don't need bad friends

But the offer is open to anyone

my risk is i could loose up to$17000 if the s.p doesn't clear -- in the above example--18.7 cents a risk i will enter into with my ears back and i don't think i would be short of backers to get in on the deal.
