What is the "second technology" license?, page-16

A few observations about Chandler's post everyone:
- he's been a HC member since 2012 (see HC's profile page)
- this is his first and only post since becoming a member (see HC's profile page)
- the post was expressed largely as factual, and directing our attention to something the company has recently printed (i.e. doesn't use his/her own words)
- a very simple and rational inference is made at the end of his post

I'm with Chandler. It's got something to do with MAGNEMASKS!
