Perhaps management have timed this ann. to assist the big buyers of late (whoever they are) to pick up more stock and prevent it running too hard just yet? ie. you scratch my back and i'll scratch yours.

Personally i dont see this ann. as reason for any real selling, may get a little selling early but if buyers are serious it will be bought back up in strong fashion.
