Just a thought on takeovers.
Julian Hanna resigned on 12th April. A good arms length if WSA wants Fox. By coincidence this is when he found out the FXR geo had resigned.
A Fox director just converted 100,000 options to shares. In a takeover you only deal in the shares on issue.
FXROA's option conversion money ($18mil) to come in by June 30, so Fox will have no creditors and money in the bank. How much money in the bank is anyones quess.
New non exec director is a mergers and aquisitions specialist, and financing specialist.
FXR SP has been going down. Could be WSA friendlies acquiring as FXR shareholders have lost the faith.
In my opinion this company will not be hear very soon. This may just be a collection of coincidences.
