There is another external factor at play here and that is the NT government. They want to throw a significant amount of money at 5 major projects come the end of June. TNG are definitely at the top of the line for this funding and will need to have all their ducks in a row for this to happen. This alone is reason enough to get somewhat excited that we could have further clarity on this project come mid year. If PB misses this oportunity....well...he can't...everything that needs to be completed to get the funding needs to be completed. Interesting times ahead.
