    Hi Folks

SP3 and Drillfix im sensing your frustration and im sharing it with you.

And with the meeting tomorrow lets hope someone shares this post with the company.

SP3, KH has made some pretty big statements right through 2006 into 2007.
She now needs to be accountable for those statements...statements that led investors like me, into further research and eventual investment.
I didnt just jump on this. I deliberated for some time....months in fact.

I have no doubt that 2007 will be a big year for 'URA' re developments...but will that translate to keeping the shareholders/market happy and a strong shareprice?

Kate to this point has fallen short of 'her own' forecasts. Not 'my' forecasts...hers.

She has overseen a major shareholder sell down relentlessly ....and did nothing. That situation was not 'managed'...it was merely reported that it was in fact 'another family member'

$2 million was raised from sophisticated investors at a massive discount to the then share price...for what?...

...a feasibility study delayed due to Ukraine politics. Was that needed then? Wouldnt the options conversion have covered your 'negotiations'?
Did URA 'know' that 'delay' was inevitable...if so is there a question of 'ethics' here? An opportunistic grab for cash before clarifying the Discovery/Ukraine deal?
The 3 month delay and the further $100,000?

This in turn dragged the shareprice to those levels then our major holder sold down relentlessly from there.

You managed to somehow take the markets focus off Ukraine/Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan...the 'strength' of the company. Its primary focus.

Somehow 'Rozna' and the Czechs became the central 'deal'...and you didnt even bother to inform the market and shareholders that it was in fact another 'negotiation'

The failure...and thats what it was...to add further flesh to the bones of the 'other' deals meant shareholders were laden with a dud deal from a 'nothing' 'not even mentioned project'

After that 'fell through' the market perceived there was 'nothing else'

Well that was wrong. There was something else. A nickel project. But you have since proceeded to sell that down for peanuts and well and truly short of its value.

In less than 3 weeks our only asset will be offloaded.

I am not seeing too much here that has 'strong management' attached to it.

Its well and truly time to deliver what you do have, what you do 'know' about these projects and start 'actively' managing the company...excuses, delays, secrecy, sensitivities appear to be reasons to 'not manage'

Either you are in control of the company or you are not. Either you have healthy working relationships with these countries or you dont.

    What is it?

Your announcements lack punch, they lack passion and they certainly lack conviction.

But lets not kid ourselves eh?

'Anyone' with any contacts could set up some meetings in several cash strapped CIS countries... so right now that counts for nothing.

Theres work to do here and a big part of that is reassuring shareholders and getting back some credibility.

In a uranium bull market its just not good enough.
