    Teach me Obi Wan,
You have not clarified anything just attacked. If what you say is true and i have no idea then do most who read your posts?
Lets just say that your skills in articulating yourself so that others understand you are limited and further reinforce why punters here only end up reading your bottom line figure ie MMB $6 - $12.

    to answer you:
Noelborr1 (getting better) quoted in a previous post....
"At the current U3O8 price of A$108.50/lb and an estimated mining and processing cost of $29.52/lb the currently defined resource has the potential to generate a cash flow of A$100 million per year based on producing 585t/annum (A$175 million per year based on producing 1,000t/annum)."

Why do you start off using pounds and convert to tonnes during the calculations? is it for additional mystery or because you dont know that having started in one measurement you should continue in that same measurement.
PNN's costs that are quoted of $29.52/lb ($65,062/tonne:higher than the price of nickel) would leave the GDN entity making a whopping and possibly overstated $83.48/lb profit not including normal company overheads and salaries.

Their share of the 1.9 mill pounds of U is max 70% depending on how you read their announcement. Therefore 1,330,000 x $83.48 = $111,028,400 profit from this mine excluding royalties of 15% if the new entity is to pay 70% of the royalty then a further $16 mill would need to be deducted. so we are now under $100 mill profit in a best case scenario.

The best case scenario rarely if ever works out. but i will even concede that the mine has no delays, no increase in costs and still we have allowed no capex and we have used the currently high U price as a long term price (coud be right could be wrong, but certainly not conservative).

If anyone thinks this is an attractive project on this basis then thats fine.

if anyone including t4p has an issue with these figures please speak up. i would be happy to improve my figures and knowledge

I await the lesson oh great one.
