Please read the FEB CR very carefully.
Investors buy at .54, but current market price on 3rd Feb was 0.595.

If you could get out at top speed, you make 10% immediately base on that figure.
If you got shares issued before this announcement, potentially you could sell above 0.625
But if you took your time and sold after 3rd, you still had chance to sell at 0.595 or as low as 0.56
If you kept it, then too bad @ below 0.54c as the CR was open for sophisticated and professional investors and you be asking why you didn't take profit if you are supposed to be sophisticated and professional!!!

There are obviously risks to CR as the risks are transferred to new investors... (hence the discount) but sometimes the rewards are tempting and so will significantly be oversubscribed.
