    I have doubts whether the NT decision will be overturned but this will gain headlines for sure IMO. The courts make a considered legal decision, with the judge holding fast on the legalities of his decision and the facts brought before him and the NT pollies put up an urgent bill to overturn the courts decision in 2 days.

    Xstrata may still have a fight on their hands.
