If you look back far enough you will see I was 'ramping' when this was 1.8c! Back then I clearly stated that MLS was a well undervalued play and think I have been proved correct!

I still maintain that position and make sure that I stay in touch with the management at MLS on a regular basis.

My reasons for feeling this is undervalued is that at 7.3c I see that as fair value for 1.0mt at around 7% zn.

What I know is that the resource is not 1.0mt but considerably higher! We have been told by the company that 1.0mt does not include previous drilling and also does not include the current!

I estimate we are heading past 2.0mt in the near future so on Manindi alone I see fair value in the 13-20c region!

Although some wish to dismiss it MLS also has 2 other projects and as much as they knock them the way I see it is that neither are currently valued into the SP at all. This tells me that as these projects evolve and develop value will be added to the SP.

I have done plenty of research into the Nickel project and the potential is far greater than many realise. Also what must be understood is that MLS has a 30% free carry, which means no work/effort or cost! ARH will be spending a considerable sum of money on this project and are biulding a dedicated team to work on it, worth that one out for yourselves!

As for Namibia this could be a dark horse and worth keeping an eye on. I understand that our geologist is quite excited about the project and what do we think the guys on the ground are doing over there? Whilst it is not in the price it is foolish to knock these projects.

The guys are well funded at present, let's see what happens over the coming few weeks!

Personally I can't wait for zone B next results and also those from zone D. We will then be back with a couple more holes in zone B!
