If I remember correctly the last CR was about a 0.5% dilution... not bad if it means hanging into 100% ownership at SDV for longer. Obviously a JV is still pretty realistic but delaying that as long as possible should have us getting the best price possible when/if it does happen. So don't be going too nuts over all that and CRing. It's not the reason why the share is down 25%+
