I posted the WPL statement from their official publication in full above. Snippet here:
WPL are an ASX listed company that are required to comply with the corporations act.
They must not make misleading statements.
If you or FAR thought this statement was misleading they should report WPL and its Directors breach of duty of care making accurate statements.
Why has this not happened already ? Why have WPL not been forced to retract this statement? Maybe FAR management believe it is an undisputed fact?
