Are we on the same planet..
These people are associated with MUS..they want to sell to MUS well above the odds. How is that in the best interest of MUS..i konw whose best interest it is in. Whats the point of getting an independant valuation if your going to wipe your backside with it. Seems like they have us by the balls. I say pay them the valuation price or lease the site with an option to purchase.
