Yes. Most definitely. Current prices are practically rock bottom IMO. I really don't see the SP going much lower unless something drastically bad happens. Management, Harringtons and Hartleys have invested heavily in KPO and the register was essentially rebuilt at 5c. Therefore, it's not in their interests to see the SP fall below. If you're long on KPO, now is the time to be buying IMO.
