Survival would be influenced by multiple factors. The SIRT would shrink it, but shrinking might not mean very much pathophysiologically, i.e. you could still potentially be getting metastasis, electrolyte/enzyme/haeme dysfunction, etc.
With a p-value of 0.179, SOR isn't even statistically significantly superior, all that can be said is there is no significant improvement using SIRT for OS.
