Guys unfortunately it took me 3-4 days to realise but its extremely obvious what has been going all week with AGY, Mondays slam down just after midday started the plan, at that time the SP was 86 cents yet 1-2 hours later it was 66 cents on nil news, then suddenly by 4PM we closed at 74.5, the next day we had a run upto 80 cents but retraced by 4pm to 73, Wednesdays trading had a similiar peak upto 76 cents then retraced during the day to 68 before closing 72, then i think it was Thursday that the mysterious 400k bid appeared at 72 and stayed there the whole time without moving, reached 76 cents early on but retraced again to close at 72.5, during this day we seen heavier sell bids at 75 & 76 which gave a negative thought of a breakthrough past those quotes, todays trading mirrored yesterdays with the only difference of 80k in shares hitting the support @ 72 cents before closing @ 72.5.

So in summary AGY has only 1.5mil in the bank, there is only 90mil shares on issue, in my opinion we will see an announcement Monday or Tuesday morning consisting of a capital raising / placement that will consist of 10-13.5mil shares done @ 58.5 cents which is basically 20% less than the average of the last 5 days trading, whoever they are will be giving AGY anything from 5.85mil to 7mil for the amount shares as i mentioned, in my opinion we will blow thru $1.20 no later than this time next week, if everything i am stating is correct then hang on to your hats, nobody in their rightful mind would be giving AGY that amount cash without prior knowledge of the recent talks, i am extremely confident we are on something that is about to blow big time.

Does anybody else have the same thought regarding an announcement Monday or Tuesday.
