Can you please direct me to your source re the purchase of shares by CG for 1.1c as I cannot locate this info in the recent Ann's regarding 'change of director's interest notice'.
I have however found the sale of 1m at 1.6c. We should keep this sale in perspective.
From my reckoning CG still has a large vested interest to the sum of approx 64.5m ((ord. shares + incv. shares)Ann. 23/3/17)) many of which are allocated to his SMSF. Disposing of 1m shares does not warrant a show of no confidence in my opinion. Another director / related entity of LRS also accumulated shares in April. (Ann. 5/4/17) , now owning approx 42m shares.
