Schweik, I assume the renegotiations with the Gelpell licensing is to blame for the delay, does it warrant an ASX announcement? Probably, but I'd have to check prior MMJ announcements to see what they claimed in their forward looking statements. However, licensing hasn't fallen through yet, and they may just be banking on imminent Australian distribution and sales to cement the agreement. Don't really want to say too much about timelines, as it only provides fodder for some posters.

Dr D, agree that HVST will have a tight register, but that can work both ways, huge swings either way. The best part is when they take off, they really bloody take off.

CappuccinoMan, your last statement is correct, two separate events, closing transaction first, then HVST listing thereafter.

One final thought, I may have misconstrued point 14, what if it's the reverse? An LP is looking to acquire starter materials from UG? I guess the statement can be ahem....ambiguous....
