    Hi Windlove,

BEST battery - there is no IP, swinburne are applying for it, FGR is buying 60% of the company that holds the international license. this is no different to EDE who hold the international license for the carbon nano tubes that is used in concrete, this hasn't effected the SP, It has gone from 10mil over 300 mil

Currently they are negotiation the fire rating IP = the current agreement is a royalty + fee for license http://www.firstgraphite.com.au/attachments/article/138/20161021-IP Licence.pdf

VFD and Turbo Thin film, in a MOU with Flinders University that are testing FGR Graphite, Not sure if FGR are planning on gaining the license, If this could be used for Flake Graphite this could be a major earner for the company.

Production unit I believe is our own IP

There are thousand of Graphene related IP that are needing to be commercialised, I am happy for FGR to pick which ones they see as the biggest earner for the company and pay a fee and a royalty to the holder.

Do you honestly believe that TLG deserve a MC of $134 mil, vs FGR MC of $32 mil ? I don't
