I may be wrong as there has been so much on HC over this PE scenario but my understanding over the valuation was if FAR had a problem with wanting to know how they came up with there valuation of the asset and COP said it was confidential, then COP should inform the government how they came up with it and they would advise FAR if valuation was on the level. Therefore no breaking of confidentiality and government keeps it confidential.
