If I was a Company looking to TakeOver NAG I'd:
-Buy NAG shares though a variety of entities so that I don't show on the T20.
-Employ some internet Trolls to defame and rubbish NAG on public forums
-On the Day of the AGM, I'd heavily Troll the forums with lies and dump a heap of share to plummet the SP.
-I'd continue to tell lies about NAG and attempt to foster discontent amongst holders.
-Continue to sell stock at opportune time to slump SP.
What would you do if you wanted a Companies assets for yourself?
