It looks like the takeover offer is over and done with. Come Monday, QAN will be trading!
Question is how low will the sp falls? There will be selling pressure from the exceeded foreign ownership cap and also from the funds that bought and accepted the bid.
With the wisdom of hindsight, APA had backed themselves into a corner when they announced that they will not raise the bid price and again when they announced they will not extend the deadline!.
