I hesitate to speculate openly on the post-offer QAN share price as it will naturally be seen as an attempt to talk down its value in order to take mean advantage of current holders and stampeding them to sell.

As such, I can only say that it seems logical that there will be some fall but hopefully not a steep one as only foreigners holding more than the limit might be forced to sell some of their holding immediately.

Even this I am not certain of as there may be a period of grace within which they have to reduce their holdings and, as such, this will slow the steepness of the fall.

I hope so as that will limit damage to current Aussie holders.
