Boro have you been in long enough to know they have stated they are not working on V2.0? They said they are working on products 2 and 3. Not a new version of the Buds as yet.
The reports on the dropout are significantly varied between people, with the Bluetooth version and phone make being the issues it seems.
Where have you read that BT5 will need an updated version of IQBuds? I'm not aware of such a statement.
