Ugh. Won't let me edit. Gavin is a non-executive director at D13, not Chairman. Regardless, it's a role that takes time away from his focus at Alexium. He should have resigned at that point, instead of potentially being forced out at the next AGM by angry (and underestimated) shareholders two years later.
Although I believe it will be in the best long-term interests of the company, it won't be a good look in the media should it come to that.
