So you have the opportunity to leave with a 300-400% profit in a co. That you have no faith in and you are still in. Could I ask why you are still in?
You do realise that the shares allocated to MF are in lieu of money for the business and software he has developed?
You do also realise that if he gets all the shares we will be on a minimum of $40M NPAT per year?
What is your estimate of the share price when and if such a target is achieved?
