Sorry new to options.. so if i were to buy like you said 5000 options at 20c the cost will be $1000. Come Dec the SP is $1, the exercise price being 25c. This means i can buy 5000 shares at 25c? then on sell for $1 and make the 75c per share gain instantly? Understand it is not a certainty and there is a risk surrounding it.
