It is one of those that am still on the fence about and may not invest unless it is a short punt, but can't really afford the CGT this financial year and just seems like possible unwanted stress for such low margins, probably why have not invested in it as yet.
Not to worried about the A2M or WHA market in China. The reason I got out of BAL at good price was because I lived there for six years and heard rumors of political trade regulation changes, could have been nothing but sold out that day and 2 weeks later the stock collapsed. My wife and I trade to Cambodia, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam, with relationships with A2 distribution channels and many suppliers throughout China, we can usually predict shifts prior to variations in the market sentiment, but nothing is 100%.
Tech investments are rather recent, focusing mainly in THD, SAS, TPG, TMP. TPG was great buy on the $1.10 plunge @ $5.36 up $5.96 (11.2%), looking for $6.5-7 and TMP got on-board @13c, financials look solid @31c (138%), looking at MT hold on both into next financial year, hoping for upward momentum.
THD to me is probably a substantial hold till next January at least as I would like to see how the customer funding contributed to customer acquisition plays out and if it has a significant user base by then incorporating celebrity placements and global advertising could further develop the brand in the USA and EU market, possibly India. Uncertain about the future Asian market as there is a lot of varying linguistic challenges to deal with, not impossible but something that needs to be considered.
