Mineral exploration and securing tenement and property rights in the United States of America (USA) is quite different from how we are able to do comparable things
here in Australia and for this reason we will not be willing to identify the location and the nature of the projects until we have registered title to the areas of interest.

However, one of the main benefits to Royal in our arrangement with Lynx2LLC is that we are working with people who have a wealth of knowledge about the
projects and other areas that is not available elsewhere.

There is no repository where historical exploration and mining records are kept and the experience and knowledge Royal are accessing in our Joint Venture with
Lynx2LLC is a very valuable resource.

We have very good management and technical skills and in combination with our partners we are looking forward to a long and rewarding relationship.

The projects already identified are in an area of past and present uranium production and this puts us in an enviable position.
