I can see why you don't think the IFCA proposal is worth much; it uses the term "conditions precedent". You are not budging from your mistaken terminology "condition precedents".

Now that's a thought. Since you suggest it, perhaps you really are, or were, the CFO? And you do seem to have plenty of time on your hands.
