There is a scenario where PEN is unable to sell yellowcake (or is it ore?) into spot and that is if the plant cannot produce uranium in excess of contracted quantities. Time will tell but past production performance suggests this could be a realistic possibility. Forget the fundamentals of uranium and PEN for now, if they can't get production sorted out, PEN will be in deep trouble (no matter what Benjamin Graham, Wyckoff or the DOE says).
