Massive job creator? How so?

In the company's last quarterly announcement they said that the primary product can be used straight from the reactor without further treatment. The pilot plant is a 20tpd feed, with coal that is ~60% water, so about 8tpd is produced as an approx. 1% concentration in water. Therefore about 800t, or 800,000 lt, per day of ready-to-use product from the reactor. At 5 lt/hectare (which seems to be the optimal dose per the 15/2/17 ann.) that's enough for 160,000 hectares per day. With approximately 20m hectares of wheat, barley and canola under cultivation in Oz, that's enough for an application for both winter and summer crops every year, with plenty left over.

What they will need is a large tank farm, or several regional depots, to store the stuff as there are only two or three months when it can be applied to the foliage, and a tanker fleet, but a massive job creator?
