Fudgy I was thinking along the lines that perhaps P&G would like to inform their Shareholders before OBJ inform their own Shareholders; therefore an announcement after P&G's 3rd Quarter Webcast, which brings us back to tomorrow morning.
If OBJ don't get a mention in P&G's 3rd Q Webcast, then I am at a loss for any other explanation, apart from Mak's analogy that both parties needed to execute some 11th hour additions/changes.
