You've got it in one buddy. What you failled to mention, however, was that the new management sh*t all over Greg Baker and Brad Gerbis from an operational stand point.
Dont get me wrong, Greg and Brad did a great job assembling the network, but Tim Wildash is the man you want in to drive profitability. A 1c saving per transaction is worth 2% to the bottom line next year or $1 mill approx......worth getting it right and squeezing every last drop out of the network
