Wyckoff trading method, page-1827

Just got back from an amazing adventure, if you ever get the opportunity to go hiking in Tassie, I could not recommend the Overland track more highly, literally the land that time forgot. I'll upload a special photo below from the highest point of Tasmania, Mt Ossa, absolutely incredible place.
After a bar by bar read of that chart I feel it has a bullish bias, while it has been attracting some substantial supply at that resistance level, it appears to be being absorbed, not reacting lower as you would expect with any substantial reloaded supply, third last bar appears to be a confirmed test with following bar closing higher on increasing spread, and the previous bar appears to be a spring of the support level showing solid support, a fourth higher high, since the lowest low, appears to be likely.
