Don't forget that lease are also assets for any profitable stores.
This is the big one that gets lost on MYR bears.
Owned or leased doesn't overly matter as long as they have the site to themselves, obviously longterm that is a different story and one of the reasons I'm a big fan of Gerry Harvey who I will probably be throwing a few investment dollars towards again soonish.
People always say they should quantify the leases as a liability but then would they not have to calculate all the profitable ones as assets?
